TYPES OF FITNESS WE OFFER

We go beyond traditional workout routines that many gyms in Naples offer which is usually 60 minutes; our sessions are filled with energy, excitement, and most importantly: passion and not to forget it’s only 27 minutes!!! Working out with us will yield unrivaled results because of the enthusiasm that our professional trainers have with each and every session – no matter which type it is.

Stretching Classes

Prior to most of our fitness sessions, we do warm-ups; this is an effective way to get the blood circulating throughout your body and will help you prepare for the class that follows. Our warm-ups are also universal for any fitness level and we recommend joining one before your regular class.

Field Training

Whether you’re looking to work out your legs, abs, arms, chest, or back, our total body classes cover all areas. We train you outside do specific exercises for your body. Getting the fresh air and learning to train outside will do a body good and is ideal for increasing the general well-being of your body. In addition to our full-body workouts, we have specific techniques for total body training.

Core & Balance

If you’re looking for an effective way to increase your balance and body awareness levels, our core classes are a great choice for you. With this class, you’ll train vital muscles that will help you improve the overall balance and flexibility.

Beginner Classes

Many of our regulars came to us seeking an introduction-level class that wasn’t too hard to start out with, so because of this, we created a beginner-friendly class that anyone can join – regardless of their fitness level.

Pool Fit Class

Water fit exercise classes offer low-impact, full-body workouts that improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, and muscle strength, while providing stress relief and a fun, social atmosphere. All this can be done on ZOOM.

Athletic Classes

Heighten your senses, have quicker reaction times and be in full control of a body that is more capable of playing sports – whether for golfing, tennis, badminton, or what have you. We offer several specialized customized-for-sports fitness group classes that are ideal for any age or endurance level. We use the same Power Plate machines that we use are also used in the NBA, NFL, NHL, and PGA tours.
